High strength roller shutters for cyclonic winds and extreme conditions
Tested by the James Cook University, this specially designed shutter curtain is made from interlocking, extruded galvanised steel slats, in sizes 100mm x 0.95mm to 1.15mm. Each is fitted with purpose-built reinforcing steel end clips. Special guides and extra guide lugs hold the shutter firmly in place, even in the toughest conditions.
The Force Cyclone Roller Shutter features a drum manufactured from galvanised tubing. For smooth and easy operation the drum has self-lubricating bearings, which turn on a steel shaft with helical springs, counterbalancing the weight of the curtain. The drum’s diameter and thickness are custom made for your shutter’s required size and application. The shutters can be motorised or operated manually.
