Able Gates may be left or right-hand mounted depending on individual needs. Our gates are fully approved to be used as a fire-escape exit (opening out, minimal step down, with single-action lever handle).

All gates are hinged directly off the door guide (track) or the outside of the building. The gates swing completely out of the way when the shutter is open. Where a gate is fitted to a motorised shutter, a safety cut-out switch is fitted to prevent the shutter being open whilst gate is closed.

Finish
Gates are standard galvanised finish, but can be easily powder-coated to suit if required.

Gates can be fitted to all types and makes of roller shutters, new and existing.
